Artist/Venue Signage
How will artists diplay their voting numbers during the event? How will visitors know they’re walking past a venue? Where’s Kinkos?
Simmer down. ArtPrize will provide each artist and venue with a packet full of necessary labels and signs and even digital files so you can make more labels–like if you want to print off your personal statement the night before opening.
We will deliver all packets to the venues. (Artists, your labels will be available at your venue.)
Delivery to venues by end of day Monday, 9/21 (hopefully)
Venue Signage Kit will include
- Easel for street level identification
- Sidewalk chalk stencilList of artists showing in your venue
- Directional signage (to be printed on official venue paper)
- Downloadable templates (available soon on your You page)
- Pre-printed laser-compatible paper (with official venue seal)
- Clear re-sealable envelopes (for outdoor spaces)

Will we have individual Neighborhood maps? Our Neighborhood is having an event on 9/27 and wanted to have them handy to “break it down” make it easy for people to get to all of the venues.

Check out http://artprize.org/map for neighborhood maps online. A printed map will be in the event guide, which people can purchase when they register to vote.
And what if I cannot attend, put up a sign by my work so that people know my voting codes and who I am? I can ask my venue to do it for me, but I do not want to cause any hard feelings…
People now have to PURCHASE event guides? How will those who cannot afford or chose not to purchase manage? What about people who aren’t “plugged in” to major technology?
Have the voting numbers been generated yet? I want to offset print something and it goes to press this tuesday. Can the numbers be ready by then? It seemes cray not to get the numbers untilthe 21st

I am not at our two venue addresses! I will need to pick up our artists and venue labels and signage. May I stop by the Federal Building and pick them up. When?
